Jennifer enjoyed the peace and relaxation of swimming in her private backyard pool. Over time, however, maintenance became a real challenge — leaves constantly falling into the water, chilly temperatures during unpredictable weather, and an all-too-short swimming season. Jennifer recalls: “We got the pool mainly for our grandchildren. When they come for the holidays, they want to be in the water all the time. But as soon as it got windy or started to drizzle, everything had to stop. I was disappointed they couldn’t really enjoy it.”

The turning point came one afternoon when a sudden rain shower forced Jennifer to rush outside and cover the pool with a tarp — only to find she had to clean it completely the next day. “I told myself, this can’t go on.
